Fox Agency x Civica Brand evolution project

Project overview and objectives:

Hi, we’re Fox - the agency helping to refine and strengthen the Civica brand through a focused brand evolution. The work will deliver:
• A simple, repeatable narrative of the unified Civica story.
• A refreshed brand strategy and messaging architecture.
• Practical visual and verbal direction (including Tone of Voice).
• The tools and MVP assets needed to make the brand usable day-to-day.
Through the brand evolution, we aim to:
Make Civica easier to understand so audiences quickly grasp what you do, why you matter, and how you’re different.
Raise familiarity and recognition in a crowded GovTech landscape.
Sharpen Civica’s positioning with a brand promise and narrative that is simple, repeatable and global.
Refresh visual and identity elements without changing the logo or core teal colour.
Equip internal teams with messaging, tools and confidence to use the brand every day across Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership.
